RAISING OVER $1 MILLION IN 10 DAYS

When a tsunami struck, one of our clients had an immediate need to provide relief. Using a combination of our Web-based software tools, the organization sent emails encouraging online donations and raised more than $1 million in just 10 days. Since then, the organization has raised more than $4 million in online giving for tsunami relief, all with just a single staff member.

ACQUIRING THOUSANDS OF NEW DONORS PER MONTH

Many of our clients have discovered that using our email and website management platforms to offer a free book or other content is an effective way to acquire new donors and learn more about what interests them. One organization gained 10,000 new donors per month at no cost! Another offered a free eBook on a TV broadcast and received 1,750 orders from 60 countries in just a few days.

INCREASING DONATIONS THROUGH TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATIONS

Integrations with third-party systems can enhance efficiency and save data-entry costs for gift processing and other functions. Donor.com integrated Gospel for Asia’s systems with AQ2 Technologies to allow our clients to scan gifts rather than manually entering data into our software system. With this integration, Gospel for Asia experienced a 14 percent increase in the number of gifts and was able to transfer three staff members to work in higher-priority areas.

IMPROVING WEBSITE DESIGN AND USER EXPERIENCE

Our Professional Services group can work with our existing website management software to update our clients’ websites, creating a more professional look and a better user experience. For instance, Andrew Wommack Ministries, had a tremendous amount of content on its previous site but needed it to be better organized. In the first two months after launching a new site, traffic increased by 26 percent with no collaborating marketing. It has since seen a 94 percent cumulative increase in website traffic.
